We’re looking for two Labourers to join our damp, mould and disrepair team on a full‑time, permanent basis working 39 hours per week.

• One position based out of Basingstoke – working around North Hampshire and surrounding areas
• One position based out of Portsmouth – working around South Hampshire and surrounding areas

This role will predominantly be mould washing and associated remedials.

As a labourer, you’ll work alongside our skilled trades staff to carry out a full range of manual handling and maintenance works within various properties. Your main duties will include:

• Full clearances of empty properties internally and externally with the correct disposal of items
• Collecting and dropping off works materials when needed
• Clearing up after works have been carried out
• Occasional minor maintenance and repair works

You’ll have good knowledge of health and safety to carry out works safely.

You’ll be a self‑starter who’s keen to get stuck in and work hard. You’ll have good all‑round practical skills, be able to work with minimal supervision, and have strong team‑working skills while also being comfortable working alone using your own initiative.

A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS checks.
