About The Role

TC Facilities Management is recruiting a reliable Cleaner to support our customers at a busy site.

Please note: You must be available to work weekends and be able to travel to the site independently.

Junction 8/9 (M3), Shroner Wood, Winchester, SO21 1PP

🚗 Own transport required due to motorway location

This is a hands‑on cleaning role focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site. You’ll be responsible for general cleaning duties in a customer‑facing environment, working either independently or as part of a small team.

This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work and who is comfortable working weekends.

• General cleaning across the site
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Working to set schedules and priorities
• Working independently or as part of a small team
• Being polite and professional when customers are on site
