Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Service Now Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, customisation and maintenance of our Service Now instance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Now platform development, with expertise in JavaScript, Apex and UI development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and customise Service Now applications to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement Service Now solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain Service Now reports, dashboards and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Service Now integrations with other systems using APIs, web services or other integration methods.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices, coding standards and security guidelines.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
  • Commercial experience in Service Now development or similar roles.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Service Now platform, including JavaScript, Apex and UI development.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric approach.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or equivalent certification.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
  • Experience with Service Now Integration Hub, MID Server and APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Contribution to open‑source projects or community involvement.
