What You'll Do:

Welcome Guests:
Greet every guest with a friendly smile and warm welcome
Manage Reservations:
Handle bookings with precision and professionalism
Provide Information:
Share insights about our services and answer guest queries
Ensure Comfort:
Make sure the reception area is tidy and inviting
Support the Team:
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
Lead front‑of‑house operations during service
Run the bar confidently and ensuring smooth, efficient service
Delegate tasks and supervising staff across bar and floor
Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
Ensure communication flows effectively between kitchen, bar, and waiting teams
Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑presented venue
