As a Team leader apprentice, you'll lead by example ensuring the shift runs like clockwork and customers are kept happy.

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Deputise the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, dealing with any issues quickly and safely.

At Greene King, you’ll be working towards your Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship – Food and Beverage Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification over 12–18 months.
