As a Bar Staff member at Sodexo, located in Worthy Down, Middle Wallop, Winchester, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our customers, particularly the armed forces personnel we serve. • Be an essential part of our Front of House team, ensuring the bar area runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, helpful attitude, always going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
• Serve drinks, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness to ensure the bar and surrounding areas are spotless at all times.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

• Must be 18 or older due to licensing regulations.
• A positive, “can-do” attitude, with the ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support the operational needs of the business.
