Domestic staff provide a clean and safe environment for our patients, staff and visitors and help to reduce the spread of Health Care Acquired Infections. This role will involve general cleaning in both clinical and non-clinical areas.
Main duties of the jobDuties will include:
- High dusting walls, ceilings, curtains rails, doors
- Damp dusting furniture, fittings, ledges and paintwork
- Deep Cleaning of areas and equipment

Full time position hours will be 14.00 to 22.00 Monday to Friday
Person Specification Training & Qualifications- Good general education at GCSE level or equivalent
- Customer care training
- Knowledge of manual handling and health and safety regulations
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, ward staff and Domestic team.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
