Valuation Surveyor

We are working with a highly regarded property consultancy in Winchester who are looking to appoint a Valuation Surveyor at Senior, Associate, or Associate Partner level to support and further develop their valuation offering.

This role is suited to an experienced MRICS-qualified valuation surveyor with strong technical capability who is looking for progression, increased responsibility, or a platform to step into a more senior position.

The Role The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of commercial valuation work, including:
 
Commercial valuations for secured lending, accounts, and internal purposes
Preparing Red Book–compliant valuation reports across a range of asset classes
Managing instructions from initial appointment through to completion
Building and maintaining relationships with lenders, clients, and professional contacts
Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development  At Associate Partner level, there will be an opportunity to:
 
Play a strategic role in developing the valuation service line
Assist with key client relationships and fee generation
Contribute to business planning and growth initiatives  

The Ideal Candidate  
MRICS qualified with proven post-qualification experience in commercial valuation
Comfortable managing complex instructions independently
Commercially minded with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Local or regional market knowledge of Hampshire and the South East advantageous  The Opportunity Our client offers:
