Paraplanner - Hybrid

The individual will play a central role in delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring clients receive an outstanding, well-considered planning experience.

You will be responsible for producing detailed, technically robust financial planning reports and recommendations, supporting complex client cases and acting as a trusted technical resource to both advisers and clients. The position combines analytical depth with meaningful client interaction, offering variety, challenge and long-term progression.

• Deliver comprehensive technical support to Financial Planners
• Prepare detailed suitability reports, research and recommendations
• Liaise directly with clients, maintaining exemplary service standards
• Assist with the implementation of sophisticated financial planning strategies
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and industry standards

• Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum
• Proven experience within a Paraplanning role in financial planning or wealth management
• Strong technical capability with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and confidence dealing with clients

• Basic salary up to £53,000
