Location:

Stockbridge, Hampshire.
Salary: 27k+

Hours:

Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

1to1 Group is recruiting a skilled and motivated Finance Assistant on behalf of a client located in Stockbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in a key finance role to provide essential support to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

• Managing credit control via phone and email.
• Opening new customer accounts.
• Performing company credit checks.
• Posting and allocating customer receipts.
• Completing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Uploading invoices to the customer portal.
• Producing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Experience of working in a busy finance department.
• AAT Level 3 with three years working experience.
• Knowledge of Sage 200 preferable.
• Knowledge and skills to use Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
• Good organisation.
• Good communication.
• Own transport due to lack of public transport to the premises.
