Position: Site Supervisor – On Street EV Charging Projects EV Charging & Decarbonisation

Site Supervisor

Location: South of England – travel across Surrey, West Sussex, Dorset & Poole required

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Our Energy Solutions team is expanding and we are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-street EV charging installations for a high-profile client. This hands‑on role involves managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Initially, you’ll support builds in Surrey & West Sussex, with the role later expanding to cover Dorset & Poole.

Travel between all areas is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, including toolbox talks.
  • Conduct site inspections, identifying and resolving issues quickly.
  • Manage site resources: labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, progress, and incident reports.
  • Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience supervising construction or EV infrastructure projects (on‑street experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • SMSTS certification, valid CSCS card, and UK driving licence.
  • Comfortable travelling between Surrey, West Sussex, and Dorset/Poole.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
