Nursery Manager - Early Years Leadership Role

Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm

As a Nursery Manager
, you will:

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery team
• Ensure safeguarding policies are implemented and understood by all staff
• Oversee curriculum planning and delivery within the EYFS framework
• Manage staff development, administration, and compliance with Ofsted standards
  
  Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and nominated person for Ofsted
• Build strong relationships with families and external agencies
• Promote the nursery through marketing, newsletters, and social media

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5/6 desirable)
• At least 2 years' leadership experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
