Pre-Teacher Training Experience Program

Location: Winchester, Hampshire (South Wonston)
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time (term time)
Pay: £480 – £530 per week

year-long, full-time placement
in a local Primary school in South Wonston near Winchester, giving you the opportunity to gain vital experience before starting teacher training.

As part of this programme, you’ll work closely with teachers and pupils every day, developing practical skills and confidence in the classroom while making a real difference to young people’s lives.

• Supporting teachers with lessons and classroom activities.
• Working with pupils in small groups or one-to-one to boost learning.
• Helping create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Assisting with classroom organisation, displays, and resources.
• Gaining first‑hand experience of school life, preparing you for teacher training.

• A graduate (or soon‑to‑be graduate) with a passion for education.
