Clerk of Works

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Clerk of Works as a result of huge workload, and are looking for experienced Clerk of Works' to join their team. About The Client:

The Role Clerk of Works (M3):
You will split your time across two live sites each week (3 days/2 days), focusing initially on high-quality residential and mixed-use developments within the M3 corridor. Travel is a key part of this role (fully reimbursed). Core duties:
Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring contractor compliance with contract drawings, specifications, Building Regulations, and warranty standards. Produce concise, insightful reports using tablet-based reporting tools after each visit. Perform comprehensive snagging inspections pre-Practical Completion and issue defect schedules. Act as the clients eyes on site, safeguarding quality and compliance throughout construction. Who Were Looking For:
