Senior Quantity Surveyor

A national, people-focused construction consultancy is seeking a well-rounded Senior Quantity Surveyor who is eager to build and grow a team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Based from their Winchester office, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across several impressive projects across the South, including a new state of the art performing theatre, a first of its kind wellness facility, and supporting a local authority.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall carry out pre and post contract services, taking projects from inception to completion, with the support of the wider quantity surveying team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or extensive PQS experience
Minimum of 6 years Quantity Surveying experience
UK PQS/ Consultancy background
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
A successful track record of delivering projects independently
Client facing / team player
