A dynamic and well-respected construction consultancy is looking for a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their Winchester office. With a strong presence across the South of England, the team delivers high-quality residential, commercial, and public sector projects with an emphasis on collaborative working and long-term client relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who is eager to begin their professional journey, gain hands-on project experience, and work towards chartership in a supportive and structured environment. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, assist in key cost management duties, and develop your technical and client-facing skills.

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting projects while receiving tailored APC support and training.
Graduate Quantity Surveyor
- Key Responsibilities
Assist with cost planning, estimating, and tender preparation
Support the procurement process and evaluation of contractor bids
Assist in contract administration under JCT and NEC forms
Help with valuations, variations, and financial reporting
Attend site visits and project meetings
Work closely with senior surveyors and project managers across all stages of the project
Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
A degree (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Some placement or internship experience within a consultancy is desirable
Strong communication and numerical skills
Eagerness to learn and progress professionally
Interest in working towards MRICS chartership

Salary between £28,000 - £32,000
