Associate Quantity Surveyor

A leading national construction and property consultancy is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Winchester team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a leadership role, managing high-profile projects across multiple sectors while contributing to the expansion of the consultancy’s presence in the region.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from £1m – £60m, with a strong presence in the education, high-end residential (PBSA), and local government sectors. You will also be involved in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and student accommodation projects, ensuring cost efficiency and successful project delivery from inception to completion.

This role involves leading a team of professionals, mentoring junior surveyors, and maintaining strong client relationships. As the consultancy continues to expand, this is a prime opportunity to influence its future direction and secure long-term career progression.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• A proven track record in delivering projects across multiple sectors.
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK consultancy.
• A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred).
• MRICS qualification or actively working towards it.
• Strong pre- and post-contract experience.
