Senior Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial leadership on a flagship £60m civil engineering project in Hampshire for a Tier 1 contractor.

Created following the award of a major new contract, this position offers a senior commercial professional the chance to take ownership of a high-profile scheme and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a complex infrastructure project. Reporting into senior commercial and operational leadership, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for setting and delivering the commercial strategy for the project while leading a multi-disciplinary commercial team. The role carries significant autonomy and influence across project decision-making.
