The role & about the client: ITS Building People are recruiting on behalf of a well-established building and property services contractor with a longstanding reputation for quality, reliability and client satisfaction. This company deliver a wide range of works including maintenance, responsive repairs, refurbishments etc. This client is seeking a Contracts Supervisor with experience within this sector. This is an exciting opportunity, they are looking for someone based in the Winchester region and happy to travel the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day operations across voids, repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment projects
  • Manage operatives and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
  • Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues on site, and report regularly to management
  • Carry out site inspections and quality checks
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Assist with programming works, materials ordering, and cost control
  • Ensure excellent customer service and minimal disruption to occupants
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Contracts Supervisor / Site Supervisor role
  • Strong background in repairs, maintenance, voids, and refurbishment works
  • Good knowledge of health & safety legislation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Competent IT skills (reporting, emails, job management systems)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
