Parts Advisor – Independent Bodyshop
Stockbridge Area
£30,000 Basic Salary + £3,000 Bonus
Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly regarded independent bodyshop in the Stockbridge area, who are looking to add an experienced and organised Parts Advisor to their friendly and professional team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in automotive parts who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a supportive, close-knit team.

The Role

As Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the workshop by sourcing, ordering and managing parts efficiently. You’ll work closely with technicians and suppliers to make sure the right parts are available at the right time, helping the team deliver high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Ordering and sourcing vehicle parts from approved suppliers

* Managing parts deliveries and returns

* Checking parts against job requirements and allocating accordingly

* Maintaining accurate stock control and records

* Liaising with technicians, estimators and suppliers

* Ensuring parts are available in line with repair schedules

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Good knowledge of automotive parts and suppliers

* Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment

* A team player with a proactive approach

What’s On Offer

 * £30,000 basic salary

* Bonus up to £3,000

* Monday to Friday schedule (8am–5pm) – no weekends

* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
