About the Role:

We’re recruiting for Scanning Operatives to support a busy document digitisation project based in Winchester. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team working in a clean, professional environment. You’ll be handling and scanning a range of documents to help convert paper files into secure digital records.

Duties Will Include:

Preparing documents for scanning
Using specialist scanning equipment (full training provided)
Accurately saving and organising digital files
Following clear procedures to maintain high quality and confidentiality

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail
Confident using a computer
Reliable, punctual and able to work to set processes
Must live locally or have your own transport (site not easily accessed by public transport)
Additional Info:

Full-time hours (40 hrs/week)
£12.85 per hour
Temp to perm opportunities available
DBS check required (provided and paid for by the company)
