About The Job
Domino’s Pizza hires drivers to deliver our pizza to families across the nation. We offer a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance work with school, personal life, or another job. This role offers opportunities for growth, possibly into management or franchise ownership.
Location:
Winchester, TN
- Deliver pizza and beverages within the designated delivery area.
- Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‐story buildings and private homes.
- Produce, package, and hand‐off orders.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Manage cash and make correct monetary change.
- Operate all delivery equipment (vehicle, dollies, etc.).
- Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, walk‐in cooler, and work area.
- Complete inventory paperwork and other store duties.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Provide customer service, both verbal and written, over the phone and in person.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Navigate adverse terrain including stairs, ladders, and multiple flights of stairs during delivery.
You must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Required skills:
navigation, map reading, safe driving, basic math, cash handling, and strong verbal and written communication.
Many team members begin as delivery drivers and progress to franchise ownership, general manager, or corporate operations roles.

GeneralJob Duties For All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‐in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Understand and give written instructions accurately.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‐workers via phone and in person.
- Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
- Make correct monetary change.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Navigate the delivery area and adverse terrain.
- Operate vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during delivery.
- Temperature variations from 36°F to 90°F and above in certain work areas.
- Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F.
- Cramped quarters such as walk‐in coolers.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Standing, walking, sitting and lifting tasks up to 50 pounds.
- Carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and reaching tasks throughout the shift.
- Motor coordination, eye‐hand coordination, and coordination between eyes and hands.
Job Duties
- Deliver product by car to customers’ doors.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
