• Provide direct patient care under the supervision and delegation of a registered nurse, following applicable scope of practice and standards.

• Graduate of a Practical Nursing program.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the State of Tennessee.
