:
Full-time, Monday-Friday with rotating weekend coverage. This position may require weekend coverage (Saturday/Sunday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM). Days on shift vary: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM (M-F).

• High School Diploma or GED required; graduate of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Current certification for a Medical Assistant is required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Compassion, adaptability, and a patient-first mindset.
• Experience:
  
  New grads welcome; outpatient or multi-specialty clinic experience preferred.

• Outpatient, float to 24 Highpoint clinics (primary care & specialties).

• Most sites: 7 AM-5 PM or 8 AM-5 PM; some Mon-Sun coverage.
• PRN must work at least 1 shift every 90 days.

• Approximately 1 month of precepted multi-site training before independent shifts.

• Team-oriented, flexible, high-volume.
