Performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of the assigned clinic or office, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.

Reports To: Director of Physician Services

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited Certified Medical Assistant program or equivalent required

• CCMA, CMA, or RMA required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) up on hire

• Strong critical thinking and sound judgment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Professional communication and organizational skills

• Assists physicians or nurses with patient assessments and treatments
• Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection
• Monitors, documents, and communicates changes in patient condition
• Maintains exam rooms, equipment, and medical supplies, including ordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting
• Performs administrative duties including reception, scheduling, data entry, filing, and patient registration

• Performs other duties as assigned
