Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday with rotating weekend coverage.

Days only. Shifts vary: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM (M-F).

Weekend coverage:
Saturday/Sunday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.

What We're Looking For

* High School Diploma or GED required; graduate of a Medical Assistant program preferred.

* Current certification for a Medical Assistant is required.

* American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

* Compassion, adaptability, and a patient-first mindset.

* Experience:

New grads welcome; outpatient or multi-specialty clinic experience preferred.

Setting

* Outpatient, float to 24 Highpoint clinics (primary care & specialties).

Schedule

* Most sites are 7 AM-5 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM, some Mon-Sun.

* PRN must work at least 1 shift every 90 days.

Training

* Approximately 1 month of precepted multi-site training before independent shifts.
