Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized intensive care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting.

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to patient emergencies in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Document patient observations and interventions accurately in electronic medical records.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical standards.

• Maintain a high level of patient care and comfort during night shift hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts RN license at the time of submission.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems, specifically EPIC.

• Current BLS (AHA) certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital environment with adult critical care.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
