Caregivers Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect personal care to clients in the home setting
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Perform duties as outlined in the personal care service plan
• Assist clients with personal care functions as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the client
• Remind clients to take self-administered medications
• Participate in Balanced Care training to incorporate a holistic approach to senior care

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Punctual and dependable
