Responsibilities
  • As a school leader, guide the educational, operational, financial, and cultural success of your center—creating a thriving environment where children, educators, and families grow together.
  • Oversee daily operations such as staff scheduling, curriculum implementation, health and safety compliance, and licensing standards.
  • Support and inspire your team through strong, clear communication.
  • Balance nurturing classroom environments with financial performance and community engagement, using both attention to detail and big-picture thinking.
  • Lead with empathy and purpose to cultivate a space where children are celebrated, educators are empowered, and families feel connected.
Salary and Qualifications

Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000 per year for Director Qualified Candidates & $52,500-$67,549 per year for Assistant Director Candidates.
ALL candidates must be MA EEC Director II Qualified.

These positions qualify for an annual bonus plan based on qualitative and quantitative metrics.

Qualifications
  • Must pass required state and company background checks.
  • Must have Director Certification (DII qualification).
  • 3-10 years of experience in early childhood education or classroom management.
  • Strong understanding of play-based learning and social-emotional development.
  • Demonstrated commitment to kindness, respect, and community engagement.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
  • Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
