The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do):

• Open boxes and unpack incoming parts
• Place parts neatly onto trays according to production requirements
• Load trays onto the shooter table to support continuous production flow
• Document and verify part labels against inventory sheets
• Maintain full trays to ensure production remains efficient and uninterrupted
• Keep the work area organized and aligned with safety standards
• Stay on your feet, lift up to 40 lbs, and keep pace all shift
• Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear
• Show up steady and put in a real day's work
• Pay attention - details make the difference
• Be open to learning and improving every shift
• Work side by side with your crew - no drama, just teamwork
• Flex for different shifts or overtime when needed
• No experience? No sweat. We'll train hard workers who hustle
