The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and support tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible availability for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Add Value.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Support peak coverage periods, such as the Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; basic reading, writing, and counting skills are necessary.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots and store floors are hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between store locations in personal vehicle required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe environment.

• Travel as needed; lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds; push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment.
• Perform tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching overhead, and operating store equipment.
• Ability to operate equipment like forklifts (if age-appropriate), handle birds/poultry, and complete training.
