Rocky Mountain is hiring a new Team Member to join our Human Resources Department as a Food Service Worker. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 4:30pm-9:00pm.

• Preparation of and restocking of all hot bar/salad bar items
• Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food
• Ensuring proper food, supply storage, and labeling requirements are met
• Sets up, takes down, and cleans all food service equipment, dishes, utensils, etc. of both cafeteria and food prep area
• Ensure employees comply with health and food safety standards and regulations
• Process employee transactions
• Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, committing to a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and enjoy working with people
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently, with limited breaks, for a full 8‑hour shift
• Be a collaborative team member who is willing to work with others and independently
• Strong work ethic focused on commitment, pride of work, quality, desire to learn, and dependability

Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes means of self‑propulsion to include steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and behavior. Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performing in this role will require the use of hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls.

Performance requires the frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee may have to lift and or move up to 45 pounds.
