• Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care given.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care and support needs.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

• Associate Degree in Nursing, required
• KY RN state licensure or compact licensure, required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 10 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 45 days of hire
• Handle With Care within 30 days of hire
