Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000

Clark Regional Medical Center is a 79‑bed community hospital featuring updated technology and expanded services such as Diagnostic Services, larger capacity Emergency Services, home‑like Labor and Delivery Suites, and a skilled nursing facility. The campus includes a 45,000‑square‑foot Medical Plaza housing the Clark Clinic, Diagnostic Center for Women, Center for Rehabilitation, Specialty Clinic and Anticoagulation Clinic.

• Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment.
• Documents patient care given.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing, required.
• KY RN state licensure or compact licensure, required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 10 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 45 days of hire.
• Handle With Care certification within 30 days of hire.
