* Position Summary:

** Ale-8-One is looking for someone to join our Quality Control team in our BIB/Equipment Sanitation position. We are seeking a positive, safety oriented, team player who can join our team and make a strong and positive contribution. This position is an entry level position into the Quality Control Department. The daily work is determined by the business needs to include set-up, breakdown, clean-up, production and quality equipment sanitation, BIB responsibility and other manual labor duties as assigned.

The person in this role needs to have basic math skills, computer skills and be willing to be cross trained on multiple functions within the department.
** Essential Functions of the Position:
*** Fill, package and build our BIB (Beverage Bag in a Box) count to meet customer demand.
* Responsible for preparing concentrate shipments, replacing process screens, filters and internal and external production and quality equipment sanitation.
* Train for all QC procedures including analytical testing, equipment calibration, concentrate and syrup batching and all food safety programs and procedures.
* Other duties as assigned.## Qualifications
** Position Requirements:
*** Must have basic math skills.
* 2 years manufacturing/industrial experience
* Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
* Must have strong computer skills and be able to adapt to and learn new technologies.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent multi-tasking skills.
* Must be detail oriented.
* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Must be able to remain calm and project a calm presence during tension and crisis.
* Must be dependable; excellent attendance and punctuality are critical to the success of this role.
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
* Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed.
* Possess good organizational skills.
* Follow PPE guidelines, as required.
* Must be able to lift and carry at least 50lbs and adequately stand, sit, squat, kneel, bend, twist, reach and do overhead work as required to execute event assignments.
* Exposure to warm and cold weather conditions and temperatures.
