- Willing and have the ability to perform operator and maintenance tasks on equipment as required
- Able to work night shift 6:45 PM - 7:30 AM
- Has manufacturing experience
- You have supervisory experience
Shift Supervisor
While reporting to the Plant Superintendent, as the Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the safety, quality, productivity, material handling, and cost performance of the Location plant. The supervisor be managing team of 20 - 25. Will only consider candidates who have an engineering degree. Mechanical or plastic engineering degree - Double EE works too!

- Scheduling shifts employees
- Meeting/exceeding performance metrics expectations
- Direct continuous improvement initiatives
- Support Quality initiatives
- Driving employee satisfaction
- You have supervisory experience in Manufacturing
- You have a passion for innovation
- You have experience and enjoy supporting an amazing team
- You are an individual looking to advance with a preferred bachelor's degree or applicable experience.
