Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Manager / Plant Engineer

Salary Range: $84,640 – $114,840 (USD)
Position OverviewThe Manufacturing Maintenance Manager / Plant Engineer will oversee the plant’s maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing performance. This role is responsible for managing maintenance personnel, developing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise maintenance team members, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance with plant standards.
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage equipment troubleshooting, repair, and reliability improvements to reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support plant operations and efficiency goals.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety policies.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, including spare parts inventory and capital improvement projects.
- Provide leadership in problem solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support plant manager with strategic planning for facility maintenance and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects effectively.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) expertise.
- Experience in managing capital projects.
- Strong background in safety programs and compliance.
