At Centerpoint Health in Winchester, H2 Health provides inpatient therapy services to a diverse adult and geriatric population. Our clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses including neurological conditions, stroke, medically complex cases, orthopedic injuries, balance disorders, and functional mobility impairments. Whether you prefer maintaining a broad inpatient caseload or focusing your expertise in areas such as neurorehabilitation, post‑surgical recovery, or medically complex care, we support your clinical strengths and professional interests.
YourRole:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing strength, mobility, balance, and functional performance
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
- Provide skilled interventions focused on mobility training, gait training, balance retraining, and functional restoration
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and OT/SLP teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety strategies, and discharge recommendations
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
