To support individuals in attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety across all settings.

Sunday 3pm-11pm, Monday 3pm-11pm, Tuesday 3pm-11pm, Friday 7am-3pm, and Saturday 7am-3pm.

• Implement Positive Behavior Supports (PBS).
• Report any significant issues using the on-call hierarchy.
• Implement and follow individuals’ Behavior Skills Plans.
• Implement and follow EO509 Dining Guidelines.
• Complete Licensing and Certification paperwork, including Daily Planners, Monthly Menus, House Meetings, Budgeting, Medical Appointments, etc.
• Follow and implement individuals’ daily schedules.
• Enhance an individual’s development by providing job coaching.
• Maintain appropriate and professional boundaries with the individuals.
• Involve individuals in social and vocational opportunities.
• Promote a high quality of living, including assisting with showers, toileting, brushing teeth, laundry, etc.
• Able to support and accompany individuals in the community (religious services, hospitals, correctional facilities, courts, support groups, etc.).
• Record accurate and quality data on each individual throughout the shift using ICentrixs.
• Provide supervision of the individuals and ensure their safety in the residence and community.
• Promote a high quality of living that includes routine maintenance/housekeeping (shoveling, mopping, cleaning appliances, etc.).
• Provide transportation using company or personal vehicle, following GPS Guidelines.
• Perform verbal or physical interventions as needed to ensure safety.
• Conduct physical restraints as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA, confidentiality and cyber security.
• Extended standing, sitting, running and lifting as needed to ensure safety.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to accept constructive criticism as a learning tool.
• Able to handle intimate and personal issues with tact and discretion.
• Able to work in a team setting.
• Able to stay awake and alert while on shift at all times.
• Flexibility: may be required to work at different locations and shifts to accommodate business needs, including arriving on time, maintaining contracted ratios, working holiday shifts, and weekends.
• Able to calmly and patiently manage threatening and assaultive situations.
• Able to act appropriately in the event of an emergency.
• Basic computer skills (email, databases, internet) including copy, scan and fax.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• PABC (physical restraints).
• CPR/First Aid.
• MAP.
• DDS Licensing and Certification required training.

• 1 year of residential experience.
• Heavy travel - once or more a week.
