Role Overview This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner / CNC Machinist to join the late-shift team, programming, setting and operating modern CNC lathes with live tooling. The role focuses on CNC Turning of small-to-medium batch components to fine tolerances, working with challenging materials and complex engineering drawings.

Experience with Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes is essential, with CMZ Mill Turn experience highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities Program, set and operate CNC lathes with live tooling Carry out high-precision CNC Turning operations to tight tolerances Machine materials including aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel and bronze Produce batch sizes typically ranging from 5 to 100 components Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately Maintain high standards of quality and consistency throughout production Communicate effectively with fellow CNC Machinists to support workflow and efficiency Candidate Profile Proven experience as a CNC Turner / CNC Machinist Strong background in CNC Machining and CNC Turning Confident programming, setting and operating CNC lathes Fanuc control experience essential CMZ Mill Turn experience desirable CAD/CAM knowledge advantageous but not essential Able to work independently on a late shift Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail Hours of Work Monday to Thursday: 16:00 02:00 Up to £20.00 per hour (DOE) 25% late shift premium Overtime paid at x1.5 Interested?
