Key Responsibilities:

Tax Planning :
Advising clients on how to structure their finances to minimize tax liabilities legally. Compliance :
Ensuring clients meet all tax filing obligations, including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and more. Estate and Succession Planning :
Helping clients plan for the transfer of wealth across generations in a tax-efficient way. Trusts and Foundations :
Advising on the setup and management of trusts or charitable foundations. International Tax :
Managing cross-border tax issues for clients with assets or residency in multiple countries. Skills and

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of UK tax law (and often international tax law). Professional qualifications such as CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser), ACA, ACCA, or ATT. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with clients.
