Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in retail fit‑outs? Do you thrive in fast‑paced environments where quality, safety, and deadlines matter? If so, we want to hear from you.
About the RoleWe're looking for a Retail Site Manager to oversee end‑to‑end delivery of retail construction and fit‑out projects. You'll lead on‑site operations, coordinate trades, ensure H&S compliance, and drive projects to completion on time and to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day site activities across retail fit‑out projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate site reports and communicate progress to project managers
- Deliver projects within programme timelines and budgets
- Proven experience in retail fit‑outs or fast‑track construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- CSCS card (required)
- SMSTS / SSSTS, First Aid, and other relevant certifications (preferred)
- Ability to problem‑solve and maintain high standards under pressure
