Role Overview
Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime.
Location:
Merton, Morden, Wimbledon.
Hours:
40 hours per week.
Contract Type:
Permanent.
- Deliver a first class service to properties covering Merton, Morden, Wimbledon and surrounding areas.
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of specialist trades and any secondary trades.
- Complete works efficiently within required deadlines.
- Experienced Roofer with skills in other trades.
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only).
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (reside in England or Wales).
- London Weighting Allowance of £125 per month.
- Company bonus scheme.
- Regular overtime.
- Company vehicle.
