We are looking for an experienced pastry quality control specialist.

• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
• Output control of finished goods;
• Checking the quality of the raw materials used;
  Identification of technological discrepancies and causes of defects;
• Introduction of ideas for modernization of production;
• Control over compliance with requirements for transportation, unloading and storage of raw materials, finished products, auxiliary and packaging materials;
• Maintenance of normative technological and reporting documentation.

• Monitoring of compliance with the requirements for transportation, unloading and storage of raw materials, finished products, auxiliary and packaging materials;
• Maintenance of normative technological and reporting documentation:
  Experience in the similar position in food industry from 1 year;
• Experience in creating and implementing SOP;
  Experience in confectionery, chocolate or ice cream production;
• Knowledge of industry methodological, regulatory documents, standards in the field of food production.

• Official employment under the Labour Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
