Ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We're looking for a Repairs & Maintenance Support Officer to support the smooth delivery of repairs and maintenance services across our housing stock.

What you'll do

• Support high-quality responsive repairs, voids and cyclical maintenance services.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure works are on time, on budget and to standard.
• Maintain accurate housing, repairs and compliance systems.
• Work closely with the Customer Contact Centre to correctly diagnose and schedule repairs.
• Liaise with customers, contractors and colleagues to keep workflows moving.
• Assist with inspections, work orders, specifications and invoice processing.
• Produce clear reports and analysis on spend, volumes and customer satisfaction.
• Help manage Right to Repair cases, Environmental Health Orders and specialist surveys.
• Support contract management to ensure value for money.
• Keep asset, risk and compliance records up to date.
• Resolve customer complaints proactively and professionally.
• Commit to ongoing CPD and professional development.

What you'll bring

• Knowledge of repairs & maintenance within the housing sector.
• Understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Experience using housing, repairs, compliance or asset management systems.
• Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Methodical, organised and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
