My client is seeking a talented real estate lawyer to join a highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised team handling some of the most sophisticated property work in the region. The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of high-value transactions across multiple sectors, giving you the chance to advise on complex title issues, negotiate substantial commercial agreements, and shape strategic solutions for an impressive client base.

You'll work closely with two respected partners who are known for both their technical expertise and collaborative approach. This is a position where you'll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, supported in developing your own style, and encouraged to build strong client relationships. The breadth of work and visibility within the team also creates genuine scope for business development and the opportunity to grow your own following over time.

• Handle high-value real estate transactions across multiple sectors, with focus on complex title issues and strategic solutions.
• Draft and negotiate substantial commercial property agreements with attention to risk and commercial considerations.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development within the team.
