Commercial Property Associate (4+ PQE)

A boutique London firm based in Wimbledon is looking to bring a new experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their fantastic team. With a broad caseload of commercial property matters this role includes Commercial Landlord & Tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals, Property Development (including site acquisitions) and more. • Managing a caseload of HNW Commercial Property Matters, Acquisitions and Disposals, Developments, and Property Investment matters.
• Working alongside highly experienced solicitors with established clients.
• Representing and building relationships with commercial clients.
• Support the continued growth of the team including supervision of junior legal professionals when necessary.
• Research appropriate case law and technical and legal precedents to progress matters.

• UK qualified Solicitor of 4+ PQE. Other levels will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Extensive experience managing Commercial Property or Real Estate matters, to include landlord and tenant, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Strong academic background.
• Strong technical ability including thoroughness and excellent attention to detail.
