AFC Wimbledon are recruiting Casual Hospitality Supervisors to join our team for Matchdays and Events!

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will serve as a role model for service and appearance standards. You're genuine passion for hospitality and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage operations to create a truly outstanding experience for our guests. With the opportunity to work on amazing events, including matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering space.

Here are some desirable qualities required for this role...

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in bars, restaurants or sports venues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
• Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, including beverage service, food handling and customer services best practices
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the needs of the business.

We are offering an hourly rate of £15.00 for this casual role.
