We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer – Building Services to join a specialist Mission Critical team delivering complex data centre and critical infrastructure projects.

You’ll play a key role in designing resilient electrical systems that keep essential facilities operating 24/7.

This is an opportunity to step into a leadership-focused role where you’ll shape technical outcomes, mentor engineers, and take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
What you’ll accomplish

Lead the electrical design of major mission-critical / data centre projects
Deliver fully coordinated electrical building services designs across all stages
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards
Guide and mentor junior engineers, helping grow team capability
Act as a key technical contact for clients, contractors and stakeholders
Oversee construction phase support and review technical submissions

What we’re looking for

4–7+ years’ experience in electrical engineering (building services)
Strong experience delivering data centre or mission critical projects
Expertise in HV/LV systems, UPS, generators, transformers, distribution, earthing and protection systems
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering Why join?
