Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location:

Wimbledon
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 basic package

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their large engineering team at a prestigious site in Wimbledon.

You'll work with in a team of 20+ engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of the building's systems.

Client facing environment so seeking engineers that have worked in corporate environments previously.

Free parking is offered for this role, along with onsite restaurant for all staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime.

- PPM, Reactive maintenance across all electrical, mechanical and HVAC kit onsite.
- Carry out compliance checks to meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with onsite engineers and contractors to deliver seamless services.

Requirements:
- Must be UK-based with a valid right to work.
- No sponsorship available for this role.

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to:
- Emergency lighting, fire alarms
- Single/Three phase power supply

- PPMs
- FCUs
- AHUs

- Generators

- BMS

Skills required:

The successful candidate MUST have:

- Worked within building services for the last 5 years

- Fully qualified Electrical Engineer – NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with AM2.

- Able to pass DBS checks
